Highest possible hand in poker

Blind bets, however, are made before the initial cards are dealt, and only pay out when the player has a higher hand than the dealer. Players who are in the blind position are typically the last to act.
High card used to break ties

If two players have the same high card, the highest card of either pair or suit wins. In low-stud games, the high card is used to break ties between players with the same suit.
